Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Appointments are subject to approval to ensure proper time is allocated based on vehicle size and condition. You will receive confirmation shortly after booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment if proper notice is given. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, or severe paint defects may require additional time and cost. Final pricing is confirmed upon inspection. Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled if necessary. I will have a car canopy to cover the vehicle when working on it. If it is raining or snowing/ hailing it is highly recommended to reschedule to a day where there is no chance of precipitation that way your vehicle doesn't get dirty right after you just got it detailed.
